Responsibilities

- Provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers
- Achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times
- Sell parts to customers and build customer relationships by correctly identifying parts needed
- Ability to source and price parts requests for customers whether OEM or finding alternate vendors
- On call after hours on a rotation basis

- Organized, meets deadlines, sets priorities.
- Able to up sell products to customers.
- Computer skills, Microsoft programs and applications.
- Excellent Written skills.
- 5 Plus years parts experience is required, whether its from Agriculture, Trucking, Heavy Equipment, etc.
- Able to work independently and as a team member.
