We are looking for all levels of Service Technicians, to Work on Highway Truck & Trailer service technicians. This individual must be able to troubleshoot, inspect & diagnose Drilling & Service Rig equipment, gensets as well be capable of Truck & Trailer repairs if needed. You must be able to determine the extent of repair as well as adjust repair and or replace defective parts; then test repaired equipment for proper performance. The majority of the work will be field service work.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers.
-Achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
-Sell parts to customers and build customer relationships by correctly identifying parts needed.
-Ability to source and price parts requests for customers whether OEM or finding alternate vendors
-On call after hours on a rotation basis.

-Computer skills, Microsoft programs and Applications.
-Excellent Written skills.
-2 Plus years parts experience or Service Technician experience for individuals looking to make a career change.
-Experience with Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer or Diesel Engine parts look up experience a definite benefit.
-Able to work independently and as a team member.
