Job Description
Southern Industrial & Truck Ltd. Is currently seeking applications for the position of Service Writer / Parts Technician.
Responsibilities
-Initiates Trucking services & repairs by ascertaining performance problems & services requested. Writing repair orders, estimates.
-Maintaining customer rapport & records.
-Excellent people and communication skills.
-Achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
-Sell parts to customers, correctly identifying parts needed.
-On call after hours on a rotation basis.
-Participates in annual inventories.
Ideal Qualifications
-Problem Solving.
-Organized, meets deadlines, sets priorities.
-Able to up sell products to customers.
-Computer skills, Microsoft programs and Applications.
-Excellent Written skills.
